Returns

Unworn product in saleable condition may be returned if accompanied with a purchase receipt and all original tags, if the product was not marked as "all sales final".

Product marked as all sales final, including but not limited to sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All products that are damaged or lost in the shipping process from the purchaser to Vizume are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please contact us at info@vizume.com prior to initiating a return and a return shipping address will be provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled in the same manner as returns.

Product exchanges will be dependent on availability of items and all product marked for sale or "all sales final" will not be accepted.
